We offer a variety of different classes every day and throughout the week so you can get all of your fitness needs met. Choose from treadmill only, a combination of cardio and strength, or recovery class formats.
In this beginner-focused class, you will start with 25 minutes of intervals of walking/running on the treadmill, followed by 20 minutes of full body strength. This intro class gets you learning your own strengths to be able to push your body to new speeds and efforts.
&Intervals &Strength
In our signature class, you'll spend 35 minutes doing intervals on the treadmill and 20 minutes of strength training to improve your overall fitness.
&Endurance
Offered in a 45 minute and 60 minute version, we will work on longer, lower speed intervals and longer, lower hills. This class is appropriate for all levels, from power walkers to advanced runners.
&Power Bootcamp
After a warmup, you'll switch every 8-10 minutes from treadmill intervals of short, fast speeds to the mat for strength and power exercises. This HIIT-style workout is guaranteed to work up a sweat while having a blast.
&Strength &Conditioning
This 45 minute class is a strength-docused format with metabolic conditioning elements that will set your goals in motion. This class is treadmill-free, but that doesn't mean it's any easier! You will be encouraged to lift heavier, move better, and make big bold choices.
&Recover
Start on the treadmill for 15 minutes for slower, lower level intervals to get warm, then move to the mat for about 30 minutes of stretching, rolling, and self massage techniques. Slow down, breathe, and recover...you deserve it.
